Fichman, Jacob
(1881–1958)
   Hebrew poet and critic. Fichman came from Bessarabia, and settled in Palestine in 1912. He became influential as a literary critic and the editor of several intellectual journals, such as Moledet and Moznayim. His poetry is marked by a tender lyrical quality, and a feeling for the Palestine landscape.
